EVENT ORDER FORMS ARE DUE BY JUNE 19, 2025.

If your event is in the Infield Suites, The Lazy S Executive Suites, 30X Saloon, or ranahans Private Dining Room, Wine Room or Al Fresco Balcony, an event order form is required for each event. This includes contact details for your onsite event host, who will be authorized to make changes to the event order form during your event.

Event order forms are not required for ranahans Main Dining or The Lazy S Loge Seating.

The order form lets you:

  • Choose menus (Infield Suites and The Lazy S Executive Suites only)
  • Select bar and wine service
  • Make special requests
  • Note guest allergies or dietary considerations
  • Explore available amenities

You can access your form to make changes until June 19, 2025, even if it has been submitted. If a form is not submitted by this date, our Premium Seating team will make selections for you, including a full host bar with the feature wines. Timely submissions help us manage everyone’s expectations while delivering exceptional service—thank you!

ACCESSING THE EVENT ORDER FORM

Use the sidebar on the right to LOGIN. To get back here next time, you can find the event order form listed under the venue name on the website.

  • Login using your email and password: Stampede2025
  • If you try to use a different email than what we have on file or try to enter an email that belongs to someone else it will not recognize the information
  • You may reset your password after logging in, but it’s not required
  • All correspondence will go to your email, including password resets and event order form confirmations
  • If you would like to assign an event coordinator to manage your event/s, you first have to login to assign them as your delegate
  • If login fails, please contact us to confirm your email

ASSIGNING AN EVENT COORDINATOR

You can assign someone else to complete your event order form/s and you can have more than one coordinator if you have multiple events. Only one person can be assigned per event, but you can assign different coordinators to different events.

  • Login first
  • Assign your coordinator/s in the form to each event
  • They will receive an email inviting them to login using their email and password: Stampede2025
  • Note guest allergies or dietary considerations
  • They will receive information regarding the event/s they have been assigned to going forward

NOTE: We recommend not sharing your login, as you’ll continue to receive all emails, including password resets and event form confirmations.
